THE OWNER/ PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Ar. Gab Jarquio is a registered and licensed Architect from the Technological Institute of the Philippines. As a college student, he was awarded Top 1 for his Thesis entitled “Marikina Dome – A Disaster Resilient Evacuation Center”. He served as the President of the Department Student Government (DSG) of the Architecture Department and was also the Chair Person for College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) DSG. He’s been a familiar face in hosting some of the school's major events. Outside college he was also able to host some huge events like the International Youth Convention of UPF in UP Diliman and Marikina Sports Complex and some of United Architects of the Philippines - Manila Centrum Chapter’s Seminars and Conventions.

Professionally, he worked in some of the country’s biggest names in the construction and property development industry. He worked as a Site Supervisor and Designer in a local construction company while studying. After graduating, he then went to Alveo Land Corp. (an Ayala Land Company) as quality assurance and turnover architect. He later on joined Design Coordinates Inc. (DCI) – a renowned construction management company, where he was assigned as Project Architect in Ayala Land Premier’s benchmark project – The Roxas Triangle Towers in Makati. In these experiences, Ar. Gab learned and keenly observed quality, timely delivery and cost efficiency of the project works, which he then applied in his own company – Arquios Design + Build.

Ar. Gab is also a Safety Officer having completed the Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) by Synerquest Management Consultancy Services Inc. He was also chosen to participate in the Asian Leadership Training Program (ALTP) of Global Peace Youth Corps (GPYC) back in 2008 which was held in Hongkong, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
